"Our heating went out this winter just after the house came down with Covid. We weren't expecting anything more than an appointment for after isolation when we called, but David dove in and helped us over the phone. He talked us through troubleshooting the problem, called the manufacturer's support line for us, picked up and dropped off the part, and walked us through replacing a broken blower motor. He was exceptionally knowledgeable, able to describe the process even without having seen the unit in person.
