"I had my first appointment today. The staff is very friendly and went over my medical history prescriptions I needed mountain view took care of all my need. If you need great medical care I suggest mountain view primary care. Thank you for making me feel at ease"
"They refused to take me and would offer no explains to why, other than I asked them if they could take over my pain management. Other than that, the only thing I can think of is I'd left the p.a. alone with my physically abusive ex boyfriend, and he was a manipulative person. They set me up with bloodwork, another appt. Only to call me a few days befhand telling me the could not see me."
"My husband and I were patients of one of the providers for over 10 years that recently retired. We love Mountain View Primary Care, however one of their employees (Cathy) who does the scheduling has treated me poorly each time I've called to make an appointment for urgent care needs. Today was I was treated especially disrespectful because I overslept my alarm and missed my appointment. I work nightshift and had to work over. Cathy proceeded to passively aggressively scold me for missing my appointment when I called to apologize and pay for my missed appointment. I am in the process of emailing the office manager due to Cathy's consistent rudeness."
