"This the lab from hotel California!!! The employees are scary! I was treated with no respect by the employees like I was beneath them. I can't believe the women was going to try to get blood out of me when I felt like I was a pig sent to slaughter. Please try some kindness, we are humans!! Freaking people out is not a wise choice. We pay you for our care!!! I left before the procedure, I was allowed to leave...."

"I just went there (on Black Friday...), and I arrived around 10:45. The place was closed. There was NO note on the door. Another person arrived, tried the doors as I had and left. He was just as confused. I see google says "Holiday Hours" and "closing soon". In truth, they were never open. What gives? I called customer service, and they had no answer, either. THIS IS RIDICULOUS!!!!!"
