"I am not a fan of this dentist.. he has bad bedside manner and can be quite honestly rude even his nursing assistants say so and they make excuses for him.. in addition when he fills a cavity he doesn’t remove all of the cavity he just removes some and then fills.. he says this is ok but past dentists have always said you need to remove it all. Lastly I had Trouble with a filling from a past dentist catching floss and he grounded it down then advised it was not a covered procedure. I feel as thou he should’ve told me before hand that this would t be covered as I wouldn’t have had it done. If anyone knows another dentist in the area that takes mpc for adults LET ME KNOW!"

"I can’t speak to his actual work because my son never got in to see him. My son was assigned this office as his home dentist. I left a message to make an appointment and never heard back (btw the voicemail message just said ‘I’m not here, leave a message’, so I wasn’t even sure I had the right number, very unprofessional). Waited 10 days and called the same number, the person who answered was very rude saying they aren’t taking new patients and basically hung up on me. It only takes a couple of seconds to say ‘I’m sorry for the inconvenience, but we’re not able to take new patients right now’. If he was the best dentist in town I wouldn’t go there based on the terrible customer service."

"The extraction was fine however due to being very sick I missed the next appointment ( for extraction and dentures) & didn't call to cancel. As soon as I was able to call I was told that because I missed my appointment and didn't call the Dr WOULDN'T see me. Fortunately (still being in need of the extraction) I found a dentist who cares more about the patient then appointments. I lived through being hospitalized out of town for a week and now my new ( and quite capable) dentist is getting my excellent insurance $"

"Dr. Breitfeller is an amazing Dentist!! I recently switched my whole family to his office and it was the best decision by far! He definitely takes pride in his work and will make sure you leave with healthy teeth you can be proud of! His staff is also very friendly and make you feel welcome! I personally highly recommend him if you want someone who will make sure your teeth stay healthy for years to come!!!"

"Very rude! Couldn't make an appointment and wanted to reschedule (First time missing an appointment) and the girl on the phone was rude. Said they'd remove me from the schedule, I asked to reschedule and she got smart saying people in pain could have been seen and they won't be rescheduled. No, you're out money. If it was about pain you would have seen my child for her tooth instead of just a cleaning. Just wanted to make multiple appointments to get that money. Go somewhere else unless you'll never miss an appointment. They will treat you real nice until you do.."
