"Very disappointed. Ordered Life Stride boots online $79. Order arrived in a brown cardboard box with tissue on top, not a shoe box w/ brand name/size on it. Boots were not bagged. Had no supportive cardboard inside, were wrinkled and covered in lint. I’m not even sure they are new b/c the return address on the shipping label is “Returns DSW Inc”. I’ve never purchased shoe/boots anywhere else that were just tossed in a box. It’s unfortunate I can’t post photos with this review and doubt I’ll order/buy from DSW again."

"It's not what it used to be! My wife and I shopped there often until COVID. We visited for the first time since then a couple days ago. There is still a great selection of styles, just not a great selection of sizes in all the styles. And the store was a mess, boxes where they don't belong. It was never like this in the past. It was hard to find help, too. It's easier to shop online."
