"Always love going to Francesca’s but the store needs to get better workers. Both workers are very unfriendly and when we made our purchase I wanted to add my phone number to get points and use a reward but the worker had already made the transaction and said it was impossible to back out. I work in the retail industry and if you don’t ask the required phone number in the beginning you would get reprimanded."

"The clothes are lovely but the customer service is beyond horrible I love shopping here but will no longer be shopping here do to the incredibly rude worker, she has been impolite on multiple occasions and I have brushed it off but this blonde worker stomped and sighed over to a rack with one misplaced shirt on it, slammed the hangers across the bar and fixed the shirt stomped back to the register and proceeded to give myself and mother multiple dirt looks. Bad reflection on the company, band & store."
