"The first time I went to Lane Bryant was two years ago and I was super comfortable when I went in there. The ladies were nice and pleasant they were helpful. But I went in there a few weeks ago, my experience was very uncomfortable. I was not helped. The ladies did more looking around than helping I asked the the sales associate next to me to help me and she gave a an attitude and said yes then she took off and I had to go look for her . When I finally came in contact with the sales associate after searching for them the other Lb staff were extremely rude and not helpful I felt so uncomfortable they made it seem as if I was bothering them after I experienced the rest of the associates I was so bothered I said never mind and left the store i won’t be returning they need better associates"
