"***DO NOT GO HERE*** Went here over the weekend with a few dear friends of mine. One of them is under 18, so I had to sign for her to use the snowboard. Mid-session, the binding snapped (was not an easy mid-ride fix - as we were halfway down a black level slope, and I was not carrying my spare hot glue gun in my pocket). I was not expecting to need to fix someone else's property. Never the less, we gave the shop the benefit of the doubt and took it back to get an alternative fix before heading over to the other mountain. While there, the older man melted the binding back together. I could see that this would not hold and asked "what if this happens again while we're riding?" And he said, and I quote "it won't". We headed over to Big Boulder terrain for a good night session. By 7:45, the binding again was broken. This meaning we would be missing out on 1 hour and 15 minutes of valuable time on the slopes that was also paid for. This time when the binding broke, we were on a black slope as well - however, it was much more icy. My friend lost control due to the binding breaking mid-ride and was left in control with one foot. This resulted in her plummeting into a tree and busting her lip. Upon our return to the shop, the young man addressed the situation and simply just stated "that sucks." NO REFUND OR VOUCHERS OFFERED. WILL NOT EVER RENT FROM HERE AGAIN. I would have had better luck strapping onto a piece of cardboard and using twizzlers as bindings."
