Culligan Water Conditioning

"Callaghan has been to my house three times in the last year. On one of those occasions something positive was done. I called the office for an emergency service call and was told that the technician was annuity. The last time the technician came he removed gallons of water for my brain tank, change some parts and left. On 10 January I had 80 pounds of salt added, and within a few days. The salt was completely gone. I call the local dealer and was told by the receptionist that I needed a new system. So, since January 10, I have been without a water softener. or service. Rest assured that the next water softener I purchase will not be from the Culligan guy. My first suggestion would be to replace the receptionist with someone who is better able to manage. The office and direct the technicians."

"If I could give it 0 stars I would. Unbeknownst to me, system hadn't been working right for a few years. Asked for a 6m credit to my account because in 4 years we only had 6 salt bags delivered. Now, I'm a first time homeowner who has never had hard water and a filtration system, so I dint know anything was wrong. When we bought our house we just took over payments and nothing was explained.. had someone come over who used to deliver for the old owners, said he used to bring 6 to 7 bags of salt every delivery (every 3m). Ally was very rude and condescending on the phone, never called back either with info. 2 weeks later I called back and they offer 1 month refund. What a joke. DO NOT RECOMMEND! I've had several other people tell me how they were also ripped off."

"I’ve always had good service, lately something has gone wrong! Every time I call they are either on the other line or away from their desk. I leave a callback number and do not get a call back! I was scheduled for service on 04/20/21, so far no one has shown up! It is now 3:15! I can understand if there is a problem and the least anyone could do would be call and let me know what is going on! Hopefully, this problem can be resolved. Maybe nobody is really there and therefore that’s why no one is at their desk!"
