"I was having trouble starting my Ram 1500 truck. I thought that it might be the battery so I stopped in Advance to have it checked. The battery registered 791 cca on 730 rated. The salesman then checked out the starter which was only outputting 10 volts on what should have been about 14 volts. Since I have an extended warranty on my truck, I called the dealership and scheduled an appointment for repair. Many thanks to Advance Auto Parts on Market Street (Warren Commons)."
"Don’t go here for a battery or let them touch your car. They put a battery in my car, blew a fuse, took zero responsibility for it and told me Nothing they did could have caused that to happen. They told me to take it to a shop somewhere, except it was Sunday, I live out of town and there were no “ shops” open. Auto Zone down the street was very helpful and tried to help me figure out what happened. So take your business there. I called the manager at Advance auto parts the next day and all he said was “sorry about that”."
