"They give breakfast and cold lunches with plenty of snacks in the bags people should get extra food because some of the staff be taking the food home with them they should help with temporary IDS 2 the none Washington DC residents they need more security and police patrolling in this area they're a good program they are not open on Sundays and the shelter buses and vans are horrible"
"Never had an unpleasant experience at S.O. M .E until this past Friday February 10 2023 Specific staff in the medical facility at 60 O Street. They violated my HIPPA PROTECTED INFORMATION. THEY GOSSIPED WHILED I WATCHED FROM THE GLASS ENTRY WAY. Again. Everyone is entitled to sharing an opinion... I didn't believe they had staff that bad. I was disrespected. I was appalled at the lack of accountability and care. I hope the administrators catch on before their mission statement is completely debunked because of mismatched persons , in wrong positions that effect their overall population being served."
"A great place to get homeless services. They offer hot breakfast daily as well as bagged lunches to go. Housing case managers although I haven't used their housing services are on deck five days a week."
"I respect the organizations mission but the Staff is VERY VERY unprofessional. Staff are suppose to help with the overall experience a person receives while being serviced. I had a scheduled meeting with PRINCESS SMITH and she never showed up. I took off work for our scheduled meeting and for her not to show up was very unprofessional, rude and a waste of my time. This organizations Staff needs professional development training"
