"If I could give zero stars I would. From start to finish, my entire experience was the worst. I needed a stain matched so I called to make sure they could that. I was assured they could and to come right in. I stopped in and then was told I needed to bring them a sample piece of wood for them to test on. That’s fine but it would have been nice to know that before the first visit! So another 45 mins later I dropped off the wood sample and was told it would take a day or two at most to match it. Two days passed with no call so I called them to check. Nick was put on the phone and snapped at me for calling. He said “I told you it would take a few days not two. I will call you when it’s ready. I’m busy”. That was the first unprofessional interaction with Nick. He said I could come by and look at an existing stain they had in store called Ebony to see if I liked it. When I stopped by, Cody said “I’m going to be honest, Nick hasn’t touched the stain match at all. It’s just been sitting there for 4 days”. At that moment I should have just taken my business elsewhere. It was evident Nick couldn’t be bothered with helping me. Two weeks went by without a call from Nick so I called again. Once Nick got on the phone, he said “oh I’ve been trying to find time to call you, yeah it’s done”. So after 2 weeks, they matched the stain as best they could. I will not be back and I will not recommend this location to anyone. Nick was unprofessional and rude from day 1!"
