"It is my aim to support Habitat for Humanity in any way I can, so I’m happy to drop off unneeded household goods and shop when I need housewares. I appreciate its friendly staff and clean store. But more than once I have dropped off goods and been barely greeted by the staffer/volunteer, and a thank you for the donation was omitted. This treatment makes me think twice and consider donating instead to other second hand stores who let you know that your donations are greatly appreciated. The manager I spoke to over the phone was understanding and kind and resolved to improve service at the donation door. I hope this situation improves!"
