"I am writing to express my concerns and share my experiences as a past employee of your establishment. I believe it is essential to address these issues for the betterment of the daycare facility. Firstly, I have observed several practices that are concerning and do not align with the standards one would expect from a reputable daycare center. One particular concern is the stringent policies regarding sick leave for new employees during the six-month probationary period. It is disheartening to learn that taking time off, even due to illness, is not allowed and may result in penalties. This policy may hinder employees from taking necessary rest and recuperation, which can adversely affect their well-being and performance. Additionally, the disregard for doctor's notes is unsettling. Doctor's notes serve as evidence of an employee's medical condition and should be respected and taken into account. Ignoring them undermines the credibility and professionalism of the center. Another issue is the overly strict dress code. While maintaining a professional appearance is important, it seems unreasonable to require employees to be dressed in formal attire consistently, especially when their primary responsibilities involve caring for and interacting with children. Striking a balance between professionalism and practicality would be more appropriate. Moreover, the lack of adequate supervision is alarming. Leaving teacher assistants alone with thirteen students can be overwhelming and detrimental to the safety and well-being of both the children and the staff. Ensuring adequate staff-to-student ratios is crucial to maintain a nurturing and secure environment for everyone involved. I must raise concerns about the intrusive nature of management regarding employees' outside employment. It is unsettling to hear that management questions and even monitors employees in their other places of work, especially if the location is in close proximity to the daycare center. Respecting employees' privacy and their choices of additional employment is of utmost importance. Furthermore, it deeply troubles me to learn that hungry children are denied food if they arrive a few minutes late. Ensuring that children are provided with appropriate nutrition and care regardless of their arrival time should be a priority. This policy not only impacts the children's well-being but also reflects poorly on the overall ethos of the daycare center. Lastly, the issue of serving molded apple juice to children is extremely worrisome. It is essential to prioritize food safety and hygiene in a childcare setting. Proper storage and refrigeration of beverages and snacks should be implemented to guarantee the health and well-being of the children. I kindly request that these concerns be addressed promptly and appropriately by the management of Heaven Sent Daycare. It is crucial to ensure the welfare, safety, and happiness of both the staff and the children in your care. Thank you for your attention to these matters. I remain hopeful that the necessary steps will be taken to rectify the aforementioned issues and improve the overall functioning of Heaven Sent Daycare."

"This is one of the best child care centers/ school around! I am not exaggerating when I say this. My daughter started attending here at 6 months old. I was a nervous wreck being away from my baby girl. But I was re-assured by the staff who encouraged my daughter's love of learning in a fun, nurturing environment. The owners and Directors are amazing. They are warm, welcoming, and professional. They care about the wellbeing of my daughter and my family. The infant classroom teacher was absolutely amazing. She knew our daughter so well and gave us pointers for when to transition her from bottles to sippy cups, etc. We were so nervous/ sad to move on to the toddler classroom. But we didnt need to be. The great experience continued at the toddler classroom. We love he teachers! They are communicative and always happy to see us. We get daily updates about what our daughter learned, how she did, and what we can work on. They are so creative with learning. We often get arts and crafts sent home. And when we miss our kid just a little too much and want to check in, each classroom has a camera. These videos allow parents to see what's going on with their child throughout the day. Parents are only allowed to see the classroom where their child is located. We love this place and recommend to anyone who's looking for a great place for their child to thrive."

They take amazing care of our child and she has shown exponential progress in her development in the last 10 months she’s been enrolled. "Our daughter started at Heaven Sent Early Learning Center back when it first opened last year. She was not used to being around anyone but her immediate family. The growth we have seen in her since she has been attending HSELC has been nothing short of amazing. She is learning new things every single day and breaking out of her shell more and more. The teachers are great at communicating and providing updates throughout the day so we don’t have to worry. The center is also always well kept and clean. Ms. Vanessa and Ms. Tori have been excellent and have truly made it a comfortable, loving, safe, and fruitful environment for all the children to learn and grow. We are so happy to have chosen HSELC for our daughter’s early learning and care and can confirm we made a great decision because our daughter now loves going to school."
