"Very nice facility. Organized, beautiful bulletin boards. Informative literature . Plenty of fun classes for all ages . The staff is very knowledgeable and polite. Love this place ."
"So many activities for the community. We always sign our son up for the basketball classes offered by PG PARK & PLANNING"
"I would probably give this place zero stars if I could. I learned so much about renting venues after using this place---always always take a tour beforehand---I was thinking that because this place had the name "Perrywood" that it would be nice--nope, nope and nope--names can be absolutely deceiving. The kitchen in this place was absolutely filthy and the mousetraps are a definite indication of that. I will never use this place again--it would have to be gutted and redone, and probably not even then, because the staff was not the friendliest at all."
"I love this facility because people in this area don't use it. When I come in to train my kids, it's usually empty. It could stay open a little later (they close too early to actually keep kids off the streets) but again, the kids do not use it. It sits adjacent to a Mega Church that has its own community center. I assume the patrons that attended this center attends the church's community center. All good with me! Just keep it open to at minimum 5pm and we have a winner! -Coach Kenny (Best Coach/Trainer in PG County)"
"I like the Lifetime treadmill machines. Instructions at Largo/ Kettering are easy to use. They have words and not symbols. Treadmills at Upper Marlboei Community Center has symbols in their treadmills and I find it difficult to use. The easiest program on them to use is the quick start program. I like programming my own workout because it gives me a better workout automatucally after you put in your personal information. What I didn't like a L/K is that a gentleman brings his 2 young children in there training them how to work out so he's constantly talking & telling them what to do which is distracting and annoying. Young children are not allowed in the fitness room and its apparent that he did not ask in advance to have children there although I admire him for starting them early in life but its a liability to the center. I also found out he had not signed up for a Park and Planning admission card for seniors 60+ to come in free. So he might not have been 60 himself. You have to pay a walk-in or monthly fee when you are under 60."
