"Felicia is a very pleasant and personable barber. She was exceptionally polite even though I was very early. She has a noticeable degree of skill at men’s cuts and shaped my beard and lowered might ears as well. I prefer her to other barbers I have used in the area even at other loyalty locations. She is professional and not chatty or fake. She shaped my fade at my request and even though my head and face are not perfectly symmetrical her work was. She was also very helpful in directing me to places to eat as I am new to the area. Easy 5 stars."
