Reviews
"never have written a review before but this cvs almost every single prescription every single refill there is an issue, or i’ve waited days-over a week several times. countless times have requested a refill a week ahead, nothing, go to pick it up, nothing so I have to wait. then still nothing. so my mom calls, and more often than not whoever is usually answering the phone there is inconsiderate, and blatantly lies about doing there job. as in, doesn’t send anything for the script out, continuing to leave me without meds. I can’t mess my Birth Control up every month for 0 reason. I have PMDD AND ENDO. have also gone without SSRIs which is dangerous for several reasons. all because of genuine lack of care and lazinesss which is a word I don’t even use. have read reviews about the manager - I don’t see much changing. but maybe start treating people like humans who need their medications and not some “annoying person” on your day of work. that’s the job that you chose. yeah people get annoying when we can’t get our medication that affects our livelihood. also read a review about several customers noticing ableism towards an Autistic worker. it’s disgusting. Do better"
"Bought a double pack of clear blue brand pregnancy tests here. Neither of them had the control line shown up. When I brought this to the manager's attention she was rude and arrogant. She said they couldn't do anything for me. They can't refund faulty tests. So, basically I just wasted 20$. This is actually the 2nd time I bought one there, and no control line showed up. I bought a dollar tree pregnancy test on the way home and it worked perfectly."
"Expensive and 9/10 people that work in pharmacy are just mean girls. My daughter uses them but I would not due to bad experiences ."
"Rude Rude Rude . Talks over you talks to you like your stupid. Hi that's why we were asking questions is because we don't know. Was more concerned that we were blaming them instead of getting to problem. Ignorant girl hung up on me.. Kept saying I was yelling. trust me that was not yelling. next time will be ."
"They are the worst place to get your prescription. The pharmacist are very, very rude. They are thoughtless and very unconcerned about your needs. No one in that pharmacy knows what they are doing. And they are too lazy to look it up or ask for help. Most insurance companies have a place where the pharmacist can call to get help on filling the prescription if it doesn’t go through. But the pharmacist over CVS are to lazy to do that. Or they just don’t care. I had my insurance company call to try and get the situation straightened out and the pharmacist was so rude to the person from the insurance company that the lady from the insurance co. told me to find another pharmacy. She said she has never encountered a more ignorant person on the phone than the people from CVS. And on top of that they think they know more than the dr. My family dr. sent a prescription for me and they were having a problem with it going through the insurance company and of course they wouldn’t call to get it straightened out so I said fine I’ll pay cash for it. But the pharmacist said “No” that she would have to call and get the drs. approval. Now it is beyond me why she would have to do that because he was the one that prescribed it. So I said fine. But they did nothing about it to get it taken care. So I finally called the insurance help desk ( which I should have done in the first place)and they said there is no problem all they had to do-was put in this code and it would have went through. So that’s when she called them and they were so ignorant I couldn’t believe it, either could she. What ever happened to courtesy and helping the customers. I advise anyone with a prescription to change your pharmacy and go to a place that cares about the people they serve. And on top of that trying to get through to a person on the phone it took me 15 minutes because the recording kept asking me different questions about covid and kept going back and forth about things that had nothing to do with what I wanted. Never again will I step foot in that drug store. I think all those pharmacist need to go to a common courtesy class or be fired!! I would give them a-10 but they don’t give you that option!"
