"Way better than Price Chopper and Walmart!"
"Pretty laid back and very friendly and helpful staff in a clean environment! And as a lifetime truck driver I have picked up or delivered to just about every distribution center you could imagine and Weis Markets Distribution Center was one of the most driver friendly ones I have ever been too! My hat's off to Weis I will always be a dedicated customer!!"
"I only stopped because I needed a bathroom and my infant needed a break from our 6 hour trip. I never use a restroom without making a purchase, and since I've always had good luck with Weis, I figured I'd stop in. Right from the start, I felt watched. Maybe it was just me, but every person seemed to look at me and not say anything. No smiles. Just strange. Typically, a restroom is in the customer service area. The architecture of this building doesn't really allow for that. Theirs is in the back...the actual back. You have to walk in their inventory area. Employees pushing carts and taking their lunch at the table just outside the men's room door. For me, I'm not so bothered. Just a very odd situation. The store itself is shaped somewhat oddly. The product I was looking for was in a section, strangely separated from the rest of the store by an alcohol section. They didn't have what I wanted, so I stopped at the deli. Nobody greeted me, despite there being 2 Employees and what appears to have been a manager behind the counter. Maybe they don't make sandwiches and Wraps to order. Whatever. I assume nothing. They did have a chicken wrap in the counter. It was as basic as it gets and still $7. There was literally just a scoop or so of chicken ranch salad with a stray hunk of bacon in it, all on a flour wrap. It wasn't bad. It just didn't have things like...lettuce, or maybe tomato (which is fine as I hate tomatoes.) In all, I'm not so much complaining about the place. It just feels like there is a lot to be desired, and Bidenomics is getting old. I'm still blown away with how Pennsylvania allowed what happened on 2020. Shameful and self destructive."
"After the post COVID remodel, they reduced the bread section significantly. :( They also removed the deli to make room for alcohol sales. Now the lunch meat is always precut and it gets gross and slimy after just a few days. I refuse to buy lunch meat there anymore. Produce section is limited compared to a premium store. They also have an idiotic "no return" policy."
"Compared to the other supermarkets Weis markets have a better selection of products and the store is very clean and inviting. The employees are courteous and constantly looking to help customers."
