"DO NOT send your child here. I don’t even know where to start. The stories I hear from staff is absolutely disgusting. IF YOURE LOOKING FOR EMPLOYMENT HERE DONT. They do a lot of things that go against the law and DON’T care. They are incredibly unorganized, and SHORT STAFFED. I once called saying I needed my fiancé to take me to the hospital because I wasn’t feeling good and they WOULD NOT let her out because they said they were short staffed. It wasn’t until I was about to raise HELL that they finally let her out. They repeatedly take their lack of structure and organization out on employees. THEY ARE SO SHORT STAFFED THEY MAKE THEIR EMPLOYEES WORK 9 HOURS WITH NO BREAK. THEY REFUSED to let my fiancé leave early to go to a doctor appointment she DESPERATELY needed because THERE WAS NO COVERAGE. WANT TO KNOW WHY? BECAUSE PEOPLE KEEP QUITTING. I have spoken with MULTIPLE STAFF members who have worse stories. Parents, beware. And job seekers, DONT waste your time. I WILL be reporting this place every day."

"I really wanted to give this place a chance. It’s so convenient to my home and they accept a pre-k grant there so I really wanted to overlook the disorganization and all of the issues that I’ve had, but unfortunately I only lasted a month. I typically don’t leave negative reviews, but others should know that this space has a lot of red flags. I had at least one negative experience every week, so there’s been too much to share. To give a general idea of what I’ve dealt: other small boys flashing my 4 year old (who didn’t even know boys had different parts), my child having marks on her face. Her underwear has gone missing and never turned up. I mean these are some big red flags. Not to mention not being allowed in the classroom at pick up or drop off or to see/meet who is working with my child every day even after the masks & Covid restrictions were lifted is a huge red flag. I waited years to send my daughter to pre-k at this establishment and was heartbroken that my experience turned out the way it did. I’ve sent email communications and spoken to the lead teacher in charge of our specific room and only continued to have issues. At some point no matter how much I wanted to make this work for me it began to feel unsafe for us and nothing should compromise that."

"I worked here for two days and will not be returning this place is not a good place to work or to have your kids here. The owner, Ms. Betty is rude and racist she asked me at my interview if my son and daughter shared the same father and I’m probably not even married that was none of her business. I just Brushed it off and keep it moving. The Staff is lazy, they don’t watch the children. On my first day the children were running everywhere and also pulling each other’s hair I had to stop one child from pulling the other child hair and the other staff are sitting there talking. They also do not really teach them much they have a curriculum book they should follow. This place is unorganized, not prepared, and I also got complaints from the staff that been there for 11 years. They are also short on staff and When they do find good people they quit because they are not being trained as they are told or being mistreated by the staff and managers. My daughter also went there and she cried almost all day the staff did not check on her the only time they would check on her if I looked through the window to make sure she was ok. Today I was told my daughter was sick and I should check on her by the director Karen told me they're sick policy was if a child throws up twice they should be sent home, but my child vomit once and she was sent home I just think they just didn’t want to deal with her. Please be aware of who you send your children to the parents really do not know what go’s on when they leave. One thing I will say I love the children they are awesome."

"This is such a wonderful place to send your child. My oldest went from 6 months till 2.5 years when we moved out of the area. I even went as a child and it's still the same warm, loving, educational environment! Now that we are at a different center due to location I miss sending my boys to wmcc. The teachers were like family! They loved my son and helped me through motherhood. They gave advice, compassion, and love to both of us. My son loved the splash pad in the summer time! Every baby got time outside year round too! I recommend this center to everyone I know in the area and truly miss sending my children there. I always knew they were in good hands!!!!! As a teacher I appreciated the balance between academics and social/emotional needs. The curriculum was great and parent communication on point! Very highly recommend!"
