"My experience began last week; due to rain on the weekend we had to move our son's 4th bday party to a Monday. I called CBI and the owner (I assume) took the call while on vacation! He helped me book the correct thing (a spider man bounce house) and made it easy. Monday the guys were there on time to set up, and the kids had a BLAST. If you've ever set one of these things up you know it's a pain - spend the money and rent from these guys. The techs on site were top notch, friendly, and polite. Most importantly my son had a BLAST. Can't recommend them enough."
"They were very easy to work with through telephone, email , payment, set up and contract. They were on time on both ends and worked with us in the tight space we had to work with and made it work. They rent the tent, tables and chairs as a package which worked out much better then I thought as I ended up with some additional chairs. The chairs were padded and white and added an unexpected elegant touch."
