"I was told to come there for a tour to enrolled my child, at that time I spoken to a guy. When I arrived I meet a women and she inform me there was no spots available. I mentioned how 2 hours ago, it were and now it’s not and the way the women walked away from me was very unprofessional. Maybe that was not the best fit for me and a sign that placed just not it"

"We have 2 children at Owings mills child care. From our experience which my kids have been there for almost 2 years. The management, and the staff have been excellent. They have went above and beyond to show their love for the job and the children they care for. The children are not just tendered to or watched over but they are love and it shows in the attention, affection and attitudes of the management and staff. We have several friends and family members who we've recommend to Owings Mills Child care and they feel the same now that their kids attend. One thing when my husband and I we're choosing childcare we wanted somewhere, where our children could learn, grow, and be loved in our absence. We found it all in one place. If we could give more than a 5star we would."

"I transferred my son to this daycare and just from the walk through they made me feel save leaving my autistic child with them he has been here 2 months and is thriving he’s eating, talking more, and trying to sing songs my son is so happy here and they are attentive to his needs and the worries that I had went away. We are greeted by every staff members and teacher soon as we walk into the door, I highly recommend this daycare"

"My oldest child transferred to this location ( at the time it was Tooney Town Daycare) when we moved back to Owings Mills in 2020. During that time my youngest started daycare in 2021 . A little after the new owners took over and which it now is Owings Mills Child Care and ELC. Having a child and an infant that was in a center during Covid time was a hard time. But during the transition the new owners made it easy, as they were very warm welcoming and personable. My children always felt loved, safe and are exceling well. My oldest would rather stay at daycare all day than go to school. I love that the staff is personable as well, they don't feel like they are just doing a job. But they treat them as they own. I have no complaints and I would refer anyone to them."
