"Had a bad experience with one of the lady attendants 5/19/23 asking me to wait to attend to other customers simply because she asked me to grab balloons. It is understandable that she attended to someone else while I was not there but to ask me to wait for another person after the one I met was simply annoying and not customer friendly. I complained to the manager, and all he said was ok, I'll ask her what happened like he cared less. He is the worst manager ever seen, plus the annoying attendant."

The off-duty cashier was rude following the Manager's direction to close the store. The store is under staffed and unorganized. Manager's service is poor; they need a new manager."
