"This location is very unprofessional when it come to following up with new enrollment. No one ever calls back or answer the phone. I had a virtual tour on 9/21 at 12 and for 10 minutes I waited and no one came to the call so I had to call in for someone show me around virtually. The director called me on 9/22/2023 stating she would forward me paperwork well we are in the next week and nothing has been forward yet. Today I called on 9/27/2023 to speak with the director and it sounds like the same lady who usually answers she placed me on hold then hung the line up which is a mess and unprofessional. This staff does nothing but give you the run around and never answer calls or call back and keep up what should be done. The school looks neat but the staff are unprofessional"

"I scheduled 2 virtual tours with them and I haven't received a call back or any contact. The first time I scheduled the tour, they auto scheduled my tour to June 6th and on the day of the second tour no one came to the meeting room link I was sent or answering the phone. These people are running a daycare but can't be contacted this isn't ok"
