"My dog was super sick and I had low hopes she would refuse to eat dry dog food for a year. If anyone needs help with their dog ASK FOR MICHELLE this lady talked to me and showed me everything to use for my dog to get her to eat her kibble and fix her gut health. This lady saved my dogs life and me and my partners life as well we no longer have to worry about her refusing and not eating her food again.They have the BEST customer service everyone was so welcoming and willing to help! Michelle is an absolute EXPERT on dogs 10/10 recommend and will go back every.single.time. THANK YOU AGAIN MICHELLE :)"

"I don't really like to do big reviews especially on chain stores etc. But this Petco and especially the employees working there are fantastic. They really do go out of their way to offer assistance while still doing their jobs. They're so amazing though, very knowledgeable but not overly pushy in any direction. I ended up finding the ONLY Betta that was in the store that was in semi-rough shape, I determined it to be from the cups they ship in, plus he had probably had water added once or twice, but this guy was definitely in need of some work. I originally went in looking for supplies for my mouse btw and ended up wandering the whole store just cause. Then I ended up in the fish department. I literally grabbed this betta, an aquarium, live plants, some substrate, and most importantly MEDICINE for fin rot/antibiotics to help him not be so bouyant. I went in and finessed myself into spending a fortune on this betta, but then walked right back the next day to drop another $200 on another Betta that I had seen but I had to decide to get a tank and set up picked out for an intended pet that's I have time to plan for and make an appropriate habit."
