"I called and inquired about a ford escape on friday afternoon. Man on the phone went on about how great it was. I asked him if i could come the following day and look at and if what he says it is, possibly purchase. I called saturday to see if still available he advised it was and said he would text me his adresss and to make sure i brought cash and drivers license as well as proof of insurance. I agreed. He told me to text him when i was on my way with eta. I text him and told him i was on my way and about an hour out. He text back and said ok. After driving an hour i got to the lot to find he had also made another appointment with another buyer for the same vehicle. They stated they also drove and hour. They sold the vehicle to other buyer with me standing there. I confronted the lady sitting at the desk she was very rude and said its a car lot first come first serve sorry! Are you kidding me? I made appointment drove an hour and they sold the vehicle right in front of me. I asked where the man i was i talked to on the phone she said hes not here and im lucky hes not cause he wouldnt be as nice as she was. This place is very unprofessional and dont care that they made an appointment and sold the vehicle knowing i was on my way."

"I bought a used vehicle from here on feb. 7th... on feb 9th i had to take it to be looked at cuz it was leaking fluid from driver side behind front wheel, the tansmission was in such disrepair that it had to be replaced.. so i pay for the replacement of transmission and find out that the front cross member, complete exhaust system, ball joints all need replaced as well... the dealership has blocked me on facebook where they advertise their vehicles... ive done contacted the pa attorney generals office as well as two different auto fraud law firms to try and see what can be done... the vehicle had a 3/20 inspection sticker on it.... according to the ford dealership i took it to there is no way the vehicle would have passed inspection.. so just a fair warning.. dont trust this place..."

"be careful dealing with this company ! I bought a car that was supposed to have no problems.I'm $3000.00 dollars into working on it and still doesn't run right, i called them about what was supposed to be a new timing belt and was told they would call me back today, it's 2 months later and they still won't reply.I would stay away if i were you.Very shady dealership."

"My wife called to ask some questions about the Ford Escape they have advertised. The man was short and rude and told her to buy a new car then and hung up on her. Her questions were valid and appropriate, questions anyone would ask regarding a used car. She told him what she had read on the Internet about the Escape and he said yea and you can also get hit by a bus too. Nice real nice"
