"I had an appointment for my 14 year old dog with Dr. Jawdat. I was very impressed by the doctor. Dr. Jawdat and his assistant Noor were the most thorough and detail-oriented veterinarians I have ever seen. They did the lab testing while I was waiting and spent their time with me going over the details for the care of an older dog. They were very patient and positive with me. It was the best ever vet visit I had in years."

"I would give 0 stars if I could. Horrible staff, no punctuality, horrible communication as I mentioned I want to be present for most of his exam. I arrived early and had to wait 45 min past my original appointment time. Hour and half in total. They had no idea what extra costs would be for a certain line disease vaccine booster even when I asked them to call me to tell me later in day they failed to do so. This center does not care about your time nor do they respect your directions. Front desk also very rude. This is not my first time having issues at the location."

"I wish I could give this facility a 0 star. The staff member Christine is absolutely a nightmare. Very rude and unprofessional while handling the customers. Once she opens her mouth she won't listen to anything that anyone has to say. We had appointment for two dogs - one was 3:30 and other was 3:45. We got there at 3:40. She said the vet couldn't look at our dogs cause we were late. So, we said we still are on time for one of the appointment so the vet can look at atleast one of our dog. She said that it was impossible to do that. When we got there the reps were on call so we also had to wait for them to call us for check in. And there are times when we get their early and they make us wait more than 30mins. Her attitude towards customers was really rude. Wasn't willing to listen to us at all."

"I usually take my pet here but the woman I talked to today was pretty rude. They lost my vet records when trying to make an appointment. I'm like how is that possible when my cat just recently serious work done there? So either they did the work without my records being on file or recently lost them. Pretty much said it's on me to update their system because they have no records on file and lost them. Not a single apology because they were lost in their own system which shouldn't be my problem as I've taken my cat there multiple times and was pretty rude about it to the point I just called another local place and made an appointment. Staff are usually nice but the last few times there have been training issues and rudeness to the point I'll just take my business elsewhere."

"Saved my dogs life in the most caring way!!! I called this location because I couldn't find an emergency vet location to do an emergency surgery at an affordable cost. Banfield and the amazing team here took care of us in all the ways that matter. I had real-time updates while my baby was in surgery, and I knew the cost for each thing the entire step of the way. Drove an hour to get seen and would do it again!"
