"One star for faults all related to poor and limited staffing. After coming to this pharmacy a full day after my doctor sent my prescription, and still having to wait for them to get the prescription ready, I started trying to call before coming in. Well, they never answer the phone before 20 minutes has passed. Most recently I was on hold 30min, got to the store and got in line before I hung up (hung up when I saw the only staff member was making zero effort to answer the phone). I’ve also had to wait in long lines only to finally get an answer that my prescription is not ready, so that I can wait in the long line again later. I only get stuff from here when I dont want to wait for my mail order pharmacy, but honestly mail might save me more time."

"Okay so I never write reviews but one man, Steve, saved me OVER 200 DOLLARS in about 5 minutes. I have this medication for my mental disorder and he reduced it down to $0.00. Truly magical and I literally cried. I have been trying to get this reduction for ages and have been to countless pharmacies and this was the first one to do it. Mind you, I've been taking this for 2 years and it has been so expensive the entire time. The work of one man is going to save me THOUSANDS of dollars. He was also trying to do the same for another customer. Thank god for men like Steve. Exactly what I needed. Thank you, thank you, thank you."

"There’s always just 1 person helping with pick-up’s and 3 able bodied techs that do nothing when there’s a line to the next aisle. Do better."

"Came here for a prescription, the person checking me out made the assumption I did not have insurance, I asked about it during the checkout and she said "I used a coupon instead, if you want to use your insurance, I'll need 10 minutes". CVS lost me as a customer for life for not having a better system in place for getting insurance information for a new customers and making false assumptions."
