"If I could leave 0 stars I would. I hadn't had issues in the past, but whatever has happened in the past year (switch to DyeHard Fan Supply?) has destroyed their credibility as a business. First, a birthday gift that was ordered for me never shipped from the warehouse even though they created a label, and it was a hassle to figure out what happened and get a refund. Next, I ordered a shirt that apparently was out of stock; to find that out I had to call and ask why I hadn't heard anything and get them to refund it. Finally, they sent the wrong color shirt and are wanting me to pay for the shipping to return it. As a very loyal alum and donor, it disheartens me that this is the customer service I get from my alma mater."
