"Horrible.. Ordered cabinets and a counter top. Cabinets came scratched, knicked and split in some areas. The lazy susan corner cabinet did not come with hinges or the lazy susan.. The “crown moulding” was just two thin white boards that came in plastic wrap. It was not crown moulding. The counter was cut on the wrong end.. so they sent a replacement. 2 weeks later I rec’d the replacement with the same problem and then a third with the same problem. Haven’t had a kitchen for two months. All I’ve gotten was an I’m sorry we can order a (4th) replacement. I had no no kitchen for Thanksgiving and now Christmas is in two weeks and I still won’t have a kitchen.. I can not wait for a 4th replacement that will have the same problem so I had to go elsewhere and spend more money on another counter from somewhere else. I asked for a refund and was told I have to return the counter to the store and pay a 25% re-stocking fee. Why would I be responsible for the return when this was not my error.. and pay a restocking fee for THEIR error?! Also, It’s a 10 foot countertop. How can the average customer with a regular size car return that? This has been a complete nightmare and now just seems like a joke. No regard for the customer.. There is no management available to speak to. Just offered apologies and replacements from a contact center in a foreign land. So now Im out a few thousand.. stuck with damaged cabinets that look like they were returned prior, no lazy Susan, just a big empty corner cabinet with no doors because it didn’t come with hinges.. no counter and boards for crown moulding.. but at least they are sorry. The worst experience I’ve ever had with a company."
"I am absolutely appalled by this entire experience ! I was excited to finally get to renovated my laundry room but was faced with so many issues. I paid for the stores representative to come out and measure my space and the representative who measured did not take the most accurate measurements because my contractor said he would have to cut my cabinets to fit my space. Secondly, I was told that my cabinets would arrive on a Friday the Friday came and no cabinets so I called representative Tammy who reports she made a mistake and I would be getting it the following week . The following week came and I did not receive a call until the delivery has arrived at my door which was very unacceptable. Now my contractor arrives on Saturday and informs me that my entire pantry unit was missing . Instead of working to quickly reorder after I notified Tammy she notified me that she would reach out to store in which the delivery came out of and the person who delivered the item to find out where the item was. I was never notified by Tammy until later that day that the store reports the item was not in their store and they would have to wait till Monday to hear from the delivery guy . Monday came and I did not hear anything from them and had to call customer care who told me I had to wait instead of reorder my cabinet. Very very horrible experience. Still waiting for some kind of resolution ."
"Brigitte was wonderful and did wonders for our tiny kitchen I was not sure what she could do because the kitchen was so small but she worked her magic and made something out of nothing I appreciate the time she took and her patience I was nervous because I had a couple of bad experiences.
