"Bad experience returning an item. Cashier Phil with the dyed brown hair possible wig was the rudest cashier I’ve ever encountered. Had an internet order I wanted to return so I asked if I could return with the order confirmation in my email. He says two words; “need receipt”. He doesn’t say anything for 10 secs and then he reluctantly proceeds to push some buttons on the cash register. All the sudden he’s doing something where he says he can give us $15 but we paid $20. We asked to scan the barcode on the phone maybe that will show what we paid but instead he automatically said no without even looking. Then he says he can give merchandise credit and we didn’t even accept it. He automatically proceeds to give us credit without saying a word and swipes the card to put the $15 amount on the card instead of the $20 that I paid. Phil, if you’re reading this… if you can’t type a few numbers without taking deep breaths like a kid told to eat his vegetables then just retire already. Big Lots doesn’t need your negativity especially in the holiday season. 5 stars to the rest of the staff…-100 for Phil. Phil sucks. Big Lots, I wouldn’t put him on cashier after the holidays when a bunch of returns will be coming. I wouldn’t even put him on cashier at all to be honest."

"This is just your normal big lots with friendly and respectful staff members. I originally came in here for a lamp I saw online and just ended up buying buying buying away lol. One part of the store I loved was the clearance section I don’t recall the big lots closer to home hanging that."

They have great prices on all their items and a vast variety of things to choose from in clothes, food, furniture, bedding, toys, wall hangings, pillows, dishes, etc. You will find just about anything you are looking to get."
