"Delayed flight -so I decided to check out Johnston & Murphy, a favorite for classy, simple to wear, timeless fashions. An excellent employee, Nicky, helped me find some great sweater jackets perfect for work-all at sale prices. The black jacket is reversible so One side is a great business look, one side casual. I also picked up an adorable pair of leather boots in a neutral color which will go with everything. I love that they have a good non-slip bottom as sidewalks and walkways in terminals can be slippery. Definitely a store to visit if you have time to kill at the Pittsburgh Airport!"

"Well a little disappointing. Went in and the lady behind the counter didn't greet me or even acknowledge that I was even in the room. I also got attitude when I asked for a size and was talked to like a child when asked about sales tax in Pennsylvania. Best part was after all the greef they didn't even have my size. I hope it was just the one sales associate and I sure hope that someone doesn't think this sales associate is a reflection on the company."
