"(With update) please do not waste your time and gas to consign your baby items. I consigned almost perfect deluxe stroller and accessories with this place 3 months ago and they took down the items without notifying me. I sent CS an email to inquire about it and CS says they don’t see anything with the order number I was given when I dropped off the items. I could have given it away to friends or charity and get tax credit.:( Update: they donated my items without notification and they donated them before 120-day period.!!!!"

"I could not find the location to drop off items, I had a reservation to drop off today, we were there 1 hr before closing time and could see their truck but not find the front door. There is no direct number to the Alexandria location, tried calling their main/National number and was disconnected numerous times. I rang door bells on doors and no one answered. Very hard to find, not a good first impression. We spent over an hour out of our day to come to our scheduled appointment."

"Could not caution parents enough about this company. Purchased a car seat on here 2 weeks ago and have not received it. I reached out to the company and spoke to a representative there who agreed that it was out of the ordinary and said if I don't receive it in another week to give them a call. It's been sitting in label created for over a week and the store is about a 20 minute drive to where we live. I will never purchase from them again and will caution all other parents against ordering from them if ordering online. I wish there was another outlet I could throw away $130 to rather than this company who will tell me they're going to send something and never send it."

"We stopped by just to check it out. It is a warehouse location, so it’s only for pickup. We bought some things online on the spot and picked up there. Kurt, the manager, was really amazing. He showed us a bunch of inventory and we bought two different types of strollers. He was super helpful. We’ll definitely be back."
