"I saw the comments but didn't think it was this bad. Lines were too long and only one associate. This place shouldn't have been opened if they didn't have enough personnel!"
"Chaos. There's some good items in this store. If you can find them. That's literally the only reason for two stars. Beauty section had products open and everywhere. Food section floor was sticky and not passable. Though you can always find someone's left over drink on the shelves if you're thirsty. If you're using a wheelchair or mobility aid, don't even bother coming in the store. Also, don't bother with a canned response Burlington, you're not ADA compliant and the store is dirrrrrrty."
"These store is a disaster, long lines, no cashier at the front, people stilling a clothes!!! I hade bad experience!"
"Update: Two weeks later. They opened up another level. So not there are two floors. Unfortunately, it hasn’t helped. It’s even worse in the upstairs level. Super messy and way too much inventory. It’s so bad in the men’s section, that you have to push your way through the coat section. Burlington needs a GM to come through and reorganize this store. Not a bad experience but things are jam packed here. If it’s Saturday, be prepared to squeeze down the aisles past other customers. They also don’t mind reaching over you like you’re not even standing there. The store has one floor and is next to the food court. The aisles are double stacked racks of clothing so if you on the shorter side it may be difficult to pull things down. I didn’t really find anything at this location, lots of no name brands and a few brand names mixed in. I believe they just recently opened so things may change soon."
