"Few days ago ,i was shopping in Ross as always my favorite store for shopping . But my recent experience was very disappointing . Not because of shopping .It's because of the way the employee was treated in front of customers by the manager .I think her name was Ola because some one called her with that name . She disrespected one of the employees at the cashier in front of other employees and clients on the line . Her rude behaviour and shouting was noticeable by all .i think that manager needs more training that how to behave well with subordinates. Ross is a well reputed company but i was shocked with such behaviour from a manager of Ross."

"At one time or another over the years I've probably bought something in every department except Men's. There's are household goods, specialty food items, jewelry, cosmetics, clothing and more. Prices are always competitive and on Tuesdays there's an extra senior discount."

"Large selection of clothing. Limited stock in the toys and shoes department. Customer service could be improved. Observed a cashier failing to explain to a customer the return policy and why an ID was needed although the customer had an old receipt. I understand it’s a long day but it makes for a better experience to treat every customer like a valuable customer. Overall: it’s an ok place to shop but won’t come out here just to shop at the store. It’s located near several other stores including a grocery store, so it might be convenient if in the area already. Plenty of free parking."
