"Don't waste your money I tried to get an appt two months in a row and have a 5 week wait for an appt. Had the service for over 4 years hardly used it and when you go to use it you can't. Dog had a bad ear infection and couldn't wait so I had to spent $580.00 on another vet. Samething when he had a swollen eye three and half week appt. That vet appt was $384.00. All this by paying $80 a month for pet insurance. And when you're there they just rush you in and out say they're going to call you back with lab results and never do it is ridiculous that they keep taking new customers when they can't help the ones they have total greedy scheme."

"There aren’t enough stars for the staff here! They are caring, compassionate, and clearly love animals. I had a tricky situation and Bree (hope I’m spelling her name right) got to the bottom of it when corporate was giving me the run-around. After 4 transfers and 2 hang-ups with corporate, they told me to call the hospital - I think it was to make me someone else’s problem - and thank goodness I did. Bree sorted through the complicated file, called corporate FOR me, and generally did someone else’s job to get my issue resolved. A huge THANK YOU to the team, but especially Bree!"

"My sweet baby Olivia weighin at 10.5 pounds went for a check up. She received 2 injections and was given a clean bill of health. The vets and vet techs are gentle and caring staff. Olivia is my dog and she just loves everyone there. A Grooming experience was the best. She looks beautiful!!! Awesome as usual."
