"This store is filthy, all the clothes are everywhere on the floor. The only employees we saw were up at the front counter and they were less than enthusiastic about their jobs. The store looked like a trash heap."

"I went here for some dress clothes the place was nice and clean! There was a wide selection of all type of clothes jackets hats shoes and accessories for men women and children of allll ages! This has been the go to place for me and my family for years on end to get clothes from ! Deals deal deals sales and clearance all the time"

"This is the nastiest, most disorganized, slow Burlington I have ever come to. Ignore the signs because nothing is where it should be. The snacks within the aisle are old, there are shoes within the clothes and clothes within the shoes. It’s complete chaos. You honestly can’t think while you are in there because you really have to dig through the aisles. Forget about the sizing order being correct too. Whoever is the district manager needs to rework this store ASAP. Not to mention the lines take 20 minutes to work through because the cash register lady called for backup AND NO ONE came to help her despite the line growing!!! I DO NOT recommend this store for ANYTHING. Not even a return (which was my main purpose for the visit)"

"I live up the street and I usually go if I need something minimal. I went here last night because I was looking for a strapless bra and the entire store was in disarray. I’ve lived nearby for about two years and I’ve never seen the store in such bad shape. It was filthy and things were thrown about everywhere. I couldn’t shop here. I doubted I would find what I needed and I didn’t even trust the merchandise. I just left and quickly went next door to TJ Maxx before closing. If the store continues in this state of chaos, I probably will not be returning."
