"I loved stuff and clothes in this store, but today it was the manager I had to talk to, and I was not lucky! I wish I could have talked to one of the girls working there. I said that Poshmark falsely accused me of listing counterfeit item that I purchased in this store. I asked the manager to retrieve my receipt for this item which I purchased 3 months ago, so I can send it to Poshmark. He started looking for something and then said the receipt cannot be retrieved as they only have them in the system for 1 month after the purchase. Then I asked if there is any way at all he could help, he said he can't help unfortunately."

"I went in today to find my size based on my measurements. Ms. Carol was incredibly knowledgable and helped me pull some jeans for my body type and size. She checked in on me in the fitting room as well. Her customer service was top notch. Given that there wasn't a lot in my size and style in the store, she suggested I take a picture of the tags on my phone to shop online. The cashier Ms. Eyona was there and recommended taking down the item number. I was very impressed with their care and kindness. I've always had exceptional service at this store."

"I tried to return an item, but the rep said the store couldn’t accept it. I explained that it wasn’t a final sale. Also, neither the site or receipt indicated the item couldn’t be returned. I called customer service and they happily sent me a return label. The reps at this store should be more clear on return policies."

"I would say more stars than this because I was there and a very nice young man helped me out - HE gets four stars. Unfortunately, when I called, the young woman who answered would not let me finish a sentence before she cut me off. Customer service is about ASSISTING THE CUSTOMER - that means LISTENING. NOT cutting them off. I am not likely to visit the store except to return the merchandise the nice young man ordered for me."
