"Called to inquire if the practice is accepting new patients and if they need a primary care referral and the woman literally laughed at me asking how she could know that information without my insurance. She however didn’t even ask for any information about my insurance before this. Literally spoke two sentences to her before this rude remark and have never had someone act this way. Truly baffled. It’s your job to answer typical patient questions and work on insurance verification. I work with physicians as a career and have never interacted with someone like that."

"This office will deny medical care for a patient that does not provide their Social Security Number. I gave them my medical insurance policy, my driver’s license, and my retired military ID which is more than sufficient to identify me, and yet was still denied an appointment. I recommend finding another provider that respects the risks of identity theft and do not require information that is not essential for medical treatment."
