"If I could give no stars I would. The tech doing my nails did not listen to what I wanted. I have been growing my nails out for months and she cut them way too short and was not able to do the design I asked for. She also kept cutting the hell out if my fingers. My wedding is in a month and I was going a trial run. When calling to schedule the appointment I specifically told them this and that I needed someone good at designs, and as you can see that did not happen. I also got a pedicure and that was fine. I was willing to pay for the pedicure but was not wanting to pay for the nails especially because they told me they couldn't fix them and that I'd need to come back next week. They made me pay half for the nails and I honestly don't think I should have been charged for the at all. She ruined my nails and completely didn't listen to what I wanted. Seem liked she was rushing to get yo her next appointment. Below is what I wanted verses what I got."
