"Before scheduling an appointment for my son here, we were presented with an assessment to best match us with a stylist that could meet our needs. We emphasized we wanted someone with a high level of expertise, yet someone who would listen to what we wanted. We were matched with a Level 5 stylist who did what she wanted despite us expressing what my son wanted. He walked out feeling terrible about the experience and the cut. We felt we expressed what he wanted and she failed miserably at delivering. Essentially she did what she wanted to his hair and didn’t listen to us at all. Awful experience."

"Took my brother here to get his hair cut. They charged us $38 (NOT including tip). No treatments, just a cut. Staff are really nice and make you feel welcomed. Just sucks that they are so pricey. Definitely have to go somewhere cheaper next time."

I’ve had a couple of bad experiences in the past so I was nervous but excited. She did amazing with the cut and color! Exactly what I was going for. She’s very professional and warming.
