You have to let them know exactly what you want, or else they’ll do what they feel like to your hair. I paid $160. Definitely not worth it, definitely not going back"

"Hawa was my go to spot when I wanted braids. No long waiting period. She did excellent work. However my last experience was not great. Asked for spring twist. She stated she knows how. That wasn't true. She braided my hair for a wig or weave install and crocheted my whole head. I left looking like I had a bad wig. Her friend was in there treating me like I came to a flea market. Tried selling me fake jewelry, hair accessories and braided wigs. This place is great for basic braided hairstyles. But if looking for new and trending, look elsewhere."
