This is my second visit , the first time was the same. The hair they use is not for sensitive scalp, your hair will fallout . It’s only been one week since my hair has been done and I have to take it out . Waste of $150 dollars"

"Came to get individuals and my hair started coming out of the braids after one week. When I asked to get them touched up for free, I was given a hard time. About 20 braids needed to be fixed. The owner suggested coming back the next week and paying $50 for fresh braids. After paying $180 for the original style, I was not going to give them any more money. After causing a scene, they agreed to fix my hair. Instead of taking the braids out, the owner decided to cut the braids half way and feed hair in the rest of the way. The braids looked like a kid did them. Fat at the top and skinny mid way. You could clearly tell where the feed-ins started. Hair was still sticking out after I left the shop. A WASTE OF MONEY!!! Not to mention they’re not consistent with their prices."
