"Went to this place to buy a hat. The lady sat in her chair until I asked for help. She was not friendly ,only to another customer who came in. My daughter and I have been customers at this store since 2003, but there were different ladies working there who were very helpful who no longer work there. There are others who have had the same experience recently. I will take my business to Shingar at Reisterstown Mall."

"I have been going to their stores for about 15 years now. The other locations have moved but this one is still at Westview routine 40. It was my first thought when my daughter needed a dress for junior prom. They have a person on call if you need alterations like I did. The dress was to long in the front so she took it up about 3-4 inches with a train in the back. She made a face mask with the extra material $. So we bought the dress, the necklace w/earrings, the bracelet and the clutch w/ring as a clasp from this location. The lady that helped us was a gem. I love this store and my Daughter loved this outfit."

"Always find a reasonable gem in here. Got this outfit for next to nothing. You may spent anywhere from 20 the 700 dollars but it is soooooo worth it."

"Came here to purchase dresses for an upcoming event and had to ask for service. The two female employees stood still with arms folded by the registers the entire time. The store was empty ( no other customers ). When one did come over ...after ten minutes of looking on our own she mentioned how small the dress was and how large our body sizes were. That instantly turned me off. My children however were so intent on shopping for dresses they wanted to try them on for themselves. That initial lack of interaction from the sales associate and the insulting remarks about the dresses and our sizes made my decision to look elsewhere for dresses and spend my money elsewhere as well. They left a negative impression on the entire experience. I always return and repeat for good service but this is one stop I'll refuse to make again."
