"The website is stating that they have been open since 10am, however, when I tried to open the door at 10:45am, a female advised me in an annoyed tone that they aren’t open right now but didn’t give any indication as to when they will open. This is poor customer service."
"This is the worst store and the customer service is terrible. I never knew that a store closes for a lunch break and when I asked the salesman what time to come back to the store " he stated 30 mins". I asked him what time did your lunch break start so I can know the exact time to return? He then said again 30 minutes. I hate dealing with rude unprofessional people. I wouldn't suggest anyone spend there money at a store that has poor customer service."
