"Love them. Reasonably priced and super convenient with no appointment needed. My dogs look (and smell) fantastic! They did exactly what I asked them to. The only issue is how long my dogs have to wait... they are typically there 6 hours. I guess you have to weigh the convenience of no appointments to having your dogs there all day."

"The staff is friendly, but unfortunately did a poor job of following our grooming instructions. The cut was much shorter than we asked for and included areas we explicitly said not to touch. Also, I didn't get the same Seresto collar back that he arrived with."

"Disappointed with the service I received today from Candlelores in Bethel Park. We have a 6 month old lab puppy who has never been groomed before but wanted to start getting him used to grooming and regular treatments. I got to Candlelores at 4:40pm with my puppy since the website states they are open til 6 and no appointments needed. I greeted the receptionist and asked if he could be groomed today. I was barely given a response to which I had to repeat if he could be groomed. The receptionist asked if he had been groomed before I said no. She said that since they weren’t sure how he would respond to the dryers and that they close at 5:30 today that they wouldn’t be able to groom him. I was so disappointed as I had been looking forward to him getting cleaned up. They offered to trim his nails instead. Not exactly what I was expecting when trying out grooming for the first time. The receptionist informed me that they tell everyone the earlier the better which, had I known that this would be the case, I would’ve made sure to request to leave early from work to accommodate this. Please be more transparent on your business website about what to expect especially since you don’t take appointments. I will be taking my business elsewhere in the future."

"We bring our dogs here and and this place doesn't disappoint by any means. We get the whole package! And honestly is a great deal! Our dogs come home in a good mood and happy as ever. We have a rescue that is very sensitive and they understand and treat him amzingly. We highly recommend this place!!!! I can't imagine what we would do without them. The staff is the best, so friendly and caring! We love getting our babies pampered here!"

"I just went here for the first time to get my dogs nails trimmed. She has not gotten her nails done in 6 months. She refuses to go into pet stores, and when we can successfully get her in the pet store they end up refusing service and tell us they aren’t comfortable doing them with how anxious and jumpy she is. She refuses to let us even touch her paws. She’s the most anxious girl ever. We saw this place on Facebook, so wanted to try it. Although she was incredibly anxious, the whole staff worked together to make her comfortable, and a man was able to hold her tight and comfort her to make cutting her nails possible. I know she was a lot to handle, but they did so good with her, and she finally has her nails cut. Thank you so much for actually taking the time to comfort her and make the nail trim work."
