"We had a fine oil painting, framed at Michael’s in Bethel Park. The frame is OK but they didn’t put any hanging mechanism on the back. No wire, no hanging hook. That’s what you get when you have highschoolers doing your framing work. At twice the cost of other professional framers. You shouldn’t be allowed to even do this."
"I needed a leather hole punch and it appears to be the only store in Pittsburgh that had it in stock. This store is huge and awesome. If they don't have what you need for special projects, no one does. I highly recommend this store to anyone who has any projects that pertain to art or school projects should visit this store."

"Five stars for the employees! Rachel was very helpful and when I come again I will find her for any assistance I need. Overall everything was great, but the store was so hot! I was seriously thinking it was a coincidence that the last few times it was like an oven in there, but apparently their A/C has been broken for weeks! I would have stayed longer and probably bought more if it was not so excruciatingly hot in there. Hopefully it gets fixed soon as I do love buying my crafting supplies here."
