"UPDATE PART 2: PLEASE do something to improve curbside service. The wait time is absolutely unacceptable. Like do something now! Great prices. My only complaint is that curbside pickup is dreadfully long no matter what time I’ve been here even mid week afternoon… UPDATE: seems I’m not the only one noticing these longer than average wait times…why does it take so so long? Then what is even the point? Why are you making loyal customers wait at a minimum of 20 minutes for a pre ordered, curbside order?"

"Great people, Good products but do not do carbside. It's just not worth it, you will be sitting for at least thirty to thirty five minutes with five cars ahead of you. I will say the dude who was doing the curb side pick up looked like he was having a really rough day. Keep your chin up, buddy! I hope people weren't taking the frustrations out on him. But I bet they were. So if you do opt for curbside and wait at least, please be nice"

"Pretty good products and great deals but I would avoid curbside pickup unless absolutely necessary. The wait times are a bit ridiculous and both times I have ordered (curbside) from this dispo, I had to wait in my car for 45+ minutes even though the order status showed ready for pickup before I left my house. Nonetheless, product and prices are good and curbside would be a great option if there was more staff but I’d stick to just going inside if possible!"

"I wanna start by saying we love Organic Remedies. Best deals at any dispensary nearby. However, their curbside has been very frustrating lately to say the least. We have been waiting 20+ minutes, even called to let them know we’ve been waiting. Apparently they’re aware that we are here but can’t service us; which begs the question why not have a dedicated curbside employee if it’s offered. I mean, the implication of curbside is faster service than going inside, so to be waiting this long with no in store business is absolutely absurd. If this continues, we will unfortunately have to take our 2 years of loyalty elsewhere. In essence, if you’re going to order from here, just skip curbside. It’s not worth the frustration. For reference, our scheduled pickup time was 12-12:15. We arrived at 12:05; order ready button was not (and still is not) active. Our money and IDs were finally taken 10 minutes ago, and we are still waiting. We have been waiting in curbside for nearly 40 minutes."

"Everybody here is great. Every time I walk in everybody is always and so chill and happy. They’re all great people. Tony is especially always on point and helpful! I have no complaints and I will be attending here forever. Best dispensary in the burgh no doubt."
