"I came to the shop just yesterday and asked for an overlay on the big toe and gel white and end up paying $72 plus a small tip I didn’t get the over payment as you can see. And I never in my life had my gel polish just come right off has that ever happen to anyone before.? Ughh a girl can’t even get get her feet looking good"

"I love it here. I get dude pedicures every month or so. Great foot massage included. Cocktails are free, customer service is awesome. I come with a small group and we hang out and chat and drink. Also great location, walking distance to lots of bars and restaurants."

"I gave them 3 stars because of the customer service. My first visit was a week ago and within that week my overlay popped off of two nails, they did offer me a beverage and I received a neck massage. This time not so welcoming. The girl that asked me what I wanted didn't make eye contact, not welcoming at all. I saw the person that did my nails the first time and explained what happen, his was nice enough. Then another gentleman asked everyone but me what I was waiting for, nobody answered, so I asked if he was talking to me, said no and he pointed to the tech I was talking to(so he heard our conversation and already knew). As I was getting my nails done, I noticed that they greeted what assume were regulars in a friendly and welcoming manner and offered them a beverage. They even tried to move two ladies in front of me, but I wasn't having it, neither was my tech. My tech did a great job, but for the prices they charge and the supposedly " upscale" atmosphere they're trying to promote you would think that they would show a welcoming attitude no matter if you're new or regular customer. Doubt if I'll be going back."
