"I've been going to Markell for well over a year now; he was recommended to me by my colorist. He knows precisely how to cut my curly hair so that it looks beautiful both blown out and when I want to just air dry and rock the curls. Plus, he has recommended several treatments that leave my hair shining and healthy, which I sincerely appreciate given that my curly hair has a propsensity for dryness. 10/10 recommend. P.S. The picture was from a much-needed, post-wedding chop. Markell did absolutely lovely layers!"

"My experience at this salon was shockingly poor, so much so that I would rate it zero stars if the system permitted. My ordeal began when the receptionist abruptly cancelled my appointment during my taxi ride over, mistakenly citing a five-minute late policy, despite my punctuality. The distressing experience was compounded by the behavior of the owner, Remi, who grudgingly admitted me for my appointment, disdainfully remarking on my being "eight minutes late." After a rushed 20-minute session, he had the audacity to demand $130, finishing the appointment with my hair still damp. When questioned about the exorbitant fee, his response was dismissive and rude, stating, "What do you want? If you don't like it, don't come back!" I was left not only astonished but deeply disrespected. In a competitive industry where customer service is paramount, it’s inconceivable to encounter such disdainful treatment. There is no shortage of establishments that offer quality service at fair prices and treat their clients with the decency they deserve. I vow to steer clear of this salon henceforth and advise others to seek services elsewhere, where their time, patronage, and satisfaction are valued."

"Jordan Broussard is a miracle worker! He's cut my hair for years now, and I cannot recommend him enough. He has over a decade of experience and always gives me the best cuts. He can be tough to get scheduled with but its definitely worth the wait. He'll also be honest with you if he think your hair/cut needs to go in a different direction, which I really appreciate. 10/10"
