"Roberto has cut my hair for over a decade. He is a wonderful hair dresser and a wonderful person. He is always friendly and polite, and meticulous in his styling. He keeps to his schedule, most days arriving 5 or 6 am to meet his early customers. I rarely have to wait even a minute - he keeps to his schedule and is usually waiting when I arrive. He often takes the better part of an hour, and all for $20 (plus tip). I followed Roberto to Tigani from his previous hair dresser. Tigani is a wonderful, clean and friendly place. Most of the customers seemed to be regular - I recognize many of them now. The owner is a wonderful woman and mother, who oversees everything. The young woman giving pedicures, manicures etc. seems meticulous and very popular. This place welcomes male and female customers from a diverse range of backgrounds - from young to old, white, hispanic, and any ethnic minority."
